I grew up in Petaluma and have been an active REALTOR® since 1987.  I met my wife, Maria, during a real estate training seminar in 1989 and after marrying in 1990, we have been the The Lounibos Team ever since. Maria is definitely the captain of the ship and I assist with marketing and prospecting for our clients. 

My other pursuits revolve around selling large country parcels (ranch and vineyard land) with my other partner, Allan Tose. In my spare time I enjoy my two kids and am a professional singer/songwriter hard at work writing and singing country music. My Nashville buddies say my Southern accent is improving!!!
